The Doctoral Academy organizes and supports events for the internationalization of research networks as well as for the subject-specific and interdisciplinary training of doctoral students. Scientific events co-financed by the Academy (guest lectures, conferences, workshops) of the consortia can be opened up to a broader specialist audience and thus contribute to strengthening the international standing of Graz as science location .
