The Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Gender Equality is the member of the Rectorate responsible for the Doctoral Academy.

The Doctoral Academy also acts as an institutional umbrella for its consortia. In this function, the Doctoral Academy is represented by an authorised director and a deputy director. The speaker of the consortia and the research deans are members of the Internal Advisory Board. A group of international experts are the members of the External Advisory Board.
