The annual employee appraisal interview provides an important framework for jointly setting goals for the coming working year and discussing the working relationship. Topics of discussion - such as personal development, cooperation between managers and employees, current concerns and mutual feedback - are discussed here in order to reflect on them.
This year, a guideline was developed specifically for the appraisal interview with PraeDocs, which can provide valuable support for the manager and the employee in the preparation and the interview situation.
